The staff were friendly enough and I had a reminder call because I was on an early flight which I didnt request but was a lovely gesture. The pool is a nice little size and the view lovely from the roof. The buffet breakfast caters for all nationalities with hot and cold delights. the water pressure in the shower was GR8
there was no mini bar in my room or fridge and the guest courtesy toiletries were minimal (shower cap and gel only)

Conveniently located near the airport, with a 20-minute taxi ride or hotel transit bus available. Clean and spacious deluxe room with a comfortable king-size bed. Delicious dinner and excellent breakfast options at the hotel restaurant. Courteous staff provided good service. Great value for the money. 🌟

enjoyed its proximity to the airport only.
advertised wireless was less than useful, with only a very week signal available. despite a non-smoking room being requested, we stayed in a snoking room. no fridge, no safe and very expensive to use the hotel taxi service.

The hotel is conveniently located near many shops, such as laundry, 999speedmart, KFC. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and satisfactory service. The breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food.
Transportation facilities are limited, making it difficult to explore other areas.

The empress hotel was only a 40MYR ride away from the airport, so for our very brief, overnight stay in KL, it was ideally situated. The bus dropping us back to the airport was very convenient and the check in staff were helpful in providing information about this.
The hotel was a little jaded. It was rather noisy outside and the glazing did nothing to alieviate this. The curtains appeared to be made from blackout lining and they were stained. The sheets were clean but very worn. We had to leave at 5:35am and the breakfast was on (started at 5am) but not everything was prepared and there was no kitchen/wait staff to be seen.

Was only on transit, but very long check-in.
We asked for wake up call, they forgot! On Booked.net it says Hotel Shuttle, which we thought included but its not!Had to pay 30 Ringit for 2 to get 1 to go back to the airport, which is far from hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities , and the friendly staff.
Not obvious to find, but once found, it was worth it.

Clean tidy rooms, staff very obliging and polite. Food was good. We only stayed one night as in transit to london. Check out was at 1200 and at no extra cost! Would stay again.
Tv reception a bit poor but wasnt there long enough to worry about it that much.

We stayed here because we needed to be near kl airport and they offered our family of 6 a good rate. It was clean and breakfast starts at 5.30 - which was good for us.
It was still expensive to get a taxi to the aiport from the hotel. They have a captive market

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Located in a small suburban area, it provides a quiet and peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are basic but clean, with a king size bed on the higher floors.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The proximity to Kualu Lumpur airport was as advertised. Staff very freindly and accommodating. Rooms basic but clean with good air conditioning -prehaps over eficient at times!
Not so much a complaint more an observation. In the hotel description it mentions a shuttle bus giving the impression that it is a courtasy service. This is not the case , having said that the charge is minimal and can be added to your final bill at checkout. More detailed information on where the collection point at the airport is would not go astray. 'Gymnasium' facilities bordered on non existant, not a problem so long as it's not a primary reason for selecting this hote, roof top pool OKl. That said nearly all the guests I met were using it as a layover between flights not as a spar break.

We had a short stop over and wsanted something cheap and close to the airport and this hotel ticked those boxes. If I was in the same position again I would stay there again.
